If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving it.
We learnt from years of experience most of the order returns due to wrong size selection from the customers. To avoid that common mistake we always help our customers to choose the correct size for them.
The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.
For the refunds we have following options:
Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
Discount on the next purchase (up to 50%)
Gift Voucher (Could be used for next purchase)
Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return.

From time to time MySchoolDayz will offer free delivery promotions. Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order and your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods so we can process your refund, the whole amount of the order will be refunded to you excluding shipping charges.
Exclusion to the Policy
Discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
We greatly rely on you to provide us with correct shipping address along with the essential contact details.
As we don’t ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, it is necessary that you provide us your complete residential address.
No product, color, and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement will be entertained as the product is sent for processing.
Order cancellation request, within 3 days of your order confirmation will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
However, if you request order cancellation within a week or 7 days of order confirmation, there will be 45% deduction from the ordered item amount.
No requests for order cancellation will be entertained, after 7 days of your order confirmation.
It is important to check the size chart before placing the order at our website.
However if a custom made item has to be altered, we could do it for FREE if buyer pays for both way shipping charges. This doesn’t apply for discounted/promotional items or items on grand sale.
During a promotional period, cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.
Mind change or wrong size selection refunds will be issued after deducting actual shipping costs.
In case of refund request due to mind change or wrong size selection, cost of shipping will NOT be refunded which again will be between $18 to $54 according to the location of buyer in the world even if the shipping is FREE for the item.
